Not satisfied but the seller is quite helpfull for a customization.
If you are not satisfied, contact Hirel's. That is what I did exactly. I am re-customizing my own shoe from Hirel's. This one, which I purchased turned out to be kinda big and the sole not upto my taste, but I contacted Hirel's and happily they obliged to customized my size. Thanks to Hirel's !
