The magnet isn't quite strong enough to stick on the board (but can easily be supported with the addition of some blue tac) so I asked someone to drill in a nail just above the board where it can be seen across the classroom. Excellent for behaviour management. When they're being noisy I can put it on and tell them that's how long we'll be staying in at break time, muahaha.

I use this to support my autistic son during transitions/moving on from an activity/when things are finishing.I’ve tried several timers and this is the only one that’s been effective. It’s large enough to catch the eye and not blend into the background which is helpful.The only negative is how loud the sound is when it goes off. It can startle my child if he’s engrossed in an activity. I often have to pre-warn him that the alarm is going to sound to prevent him getting a fright. So I would bare that in mind if your child is distressed by loud unexpected noise.This also is magnetic which I hadn’t realised and it has a small inbuilt stand.

Overall made from super cheap plastics. It's hard to fathom how one can get even such a simple product wrong. There is no latch for the battery compartment cover. Instead, it's locked with a tiny phillips screw - so tiny that you need an especially small electronics screwdriver. The on/off switch is sunk into the recess where the stand goes when folded in - the gap is so small that you can hardly reach the switch. But, yes, it does have two very large digits for minutes and two smaller ones for seconds. And just in case you're not sure which is what, they're displaying an M and an S above. 😂

Very easy to use and read.

I like this. It is simple to use for my 10 year old and is in his favourite colour. Just wish you could turn the alarm off as it is extremely loud, especially when used for school tests in quiet classrooms.

Kind of spend... magnet doesn’t support the timer... but I like it.

Getting older can be tough and who the heck wants to put on glasses just to use a kitchen timer? With this timer, you can see the numbers and buttons very easily, what a pleasure. Put the batteries in, stick it on the refrigerator (it's got a magnet) and you are all set. I'm buying another.

Ansich gut aber ein absoluter Minuspunkt dafür dass man das Ding nicht ausschalten kann.Man legt die Batterien ein und dann ist das Gerät in Betrieb und macht sich im Rucksack selbstständig.Die Batterien gehen dadurch auch schneller zu Neige.

Timer is great for the price and works well. Therr is no off button, so it's on ALL the time. Have to see how long the battery will last. Not the easier to read in my classroom when you're more than a few feet away.Four stars because it doesn't stick.The magnet is a joke. Yes, it sticks onto my whiteboard, and then it'll slide all the way down to the marker rail because it can't stay where I want it to. I ended up putting some stronger magnets under it to hold it up. However the kids keep stealing my magnets. =(
