PINK BOWL IS DANGEROUS
This was my third purchase of Platinum Pets bowls. Although over time, the paint will inevitably get scratched and slightly damaged, I’ve been very satisfied with the red and the blue versions. They are pretty durable and have held up for quite a while.HOWEVER, my third purchase was the Bubble Gum Pink and this one is not only incredibly substandard but also very dangerous. The coating is different from the other two purchases. It’s more like a thick enamel and it comes off pretty quickly. It looked bad within a month but got much worse in the second month. Seven weeks after purchase, I was hand-washing the bowl when one of the sharp enamel chips came off and sliced my finger underneath the nail. The worst thing about this is imaging what it might do had my dog swallowed it.The Bubble Gum Pink model is very dangerous and should not be purchased. In fact, I highly recommend that Amazon takes it off the market.

Works great and keeps me from kicking the water bowl.
I wasn't sure if this item would be very sturdy, it looked a bit fragile, but I was very pleasantly surprised. As I was searching for a stand to hold our Bernese Mountain dog's food and water, I noticed that on many of the pics posted by reviewers of other stands that they all looked dirty and nasty around the top and any sides or edge at the bottom. The main reason I went with this stand is there is nothing substantial for food or grime to stick to. I also liked that it was open at the bottom. We have this sitting in front of the washing machine and if it was solid I would probably kick it every time I reached into the washer. My feet fit perfectly under it and nothing spills. The bowls are light weight, but substantial enough to not feel like they are cheap. The manufacturer put a rubber grip around the edge of the bowl so it does not clank against the metal stand as the dog eats or drinks (I am assuming that was the reason since that is what it does). There are rubber bits on the bottom feet (I had one missing, but since this is on ceramic tile I am not too concerned about it).It comes complete, nothing to put together. Some reviewers complained about the stickers, I had no problem pulling them off of the bowls. If I had I would have used a bit of rubbing alcohol on them and it would have rubbed right off.

Poorly made!
These were great at first but they do not hold up. It hasn't even been a year and the plastic coating that covers the bowls has come off.

great purchase
I was worried that it would be flimsy and just fall over. It's actually very sturdy and great height for my very tall Rottweiler. Perfect height. The bowls have a rubber seal around the edge to keep them in place and stop the rattling. I highly recommend. Plus I love the copper look. Plus these were half the price of others I found online.

LABrador TESTED!
I bought this for my aging Lab who's having difficulty getting around. It's the perfect height for a large dog (mine weighs 90lbs), and even though it may look flimsy in the picture, it's not. The bowls are big and will accommodate a huge meal and a good amount of water. It's lightweight so that you can move it easily and it doesn't tip over. The finish is a nice shiny black and the bowls clean up easily. The bowls are strong metal, they fit nicely in the top openings and will not fall out. My only issue is that her dog tags jingle against the metal when she's eating. She's still a messy eater and dog food spills to the floor as she eats. Probably a design flaw with the dog and not the diner. I'm very happy with this product.

Stable, Durable, Works Great, Make sure you know what bowl size you're ordering
This elevated food station is durable (powder-coated, wrought iron stand) and stable; the height matches the height stated in the listing and the white bowls are pearlized and have cute paw prints embossed around their edges. The bowls are also dishwasher-safe.Potential buyers should note that the size of the bowls they will receive in their order can - and, according to other reviews, do - vary drastically; sizes from 24oz. to 64oz. have been mentioned. The wording of the listing makes it seem as though you will receive TWO 64oz. bowls; this is rarely the case. I received 2 bowls that are 32oz. each, totaling 64oz, not two bowls that were each 64oz., as the listing states. Each bowl being 64oz. (supposedly) is why I ordered this set, so I was disappointed when each bowl was half that, though I kept it because they are still larger than most bowls featured with elevated food stations.

Love it!!
So far so good! Fred seems to really like it and it's the prefect height for him to eat and drink! His last elevated feeder was made of wood and cracked after a month of him getting water everywhere. This is super easy to clean and looks great in my kitchen.

Practical, solid and good value - long-lasting
This is an updated review. It looks flimsy - but it is not - the dishes are at just the right height for a hungry or thirsty Great Dane, the bowls capacious and easy to clean. Forget the dishwasher, though - there are only two bowls, and water is needed all the time. So far, they don't sell extra bowls separately . . .Someone commented that the bowls were tin - poor girl is deluded . . . the bowls are strong, magnetic (so not tin ! ) and well-coated with enamel, so easy to clean and stable in the frame. I've had for almost a year now, and would not trade for any other feeder.Only minor niggle - I had to buy a bigger spill mat to lay beneath, as the water splashes and kibble bounces farther - and my dog simply refuses to sip through a straw or use a spoon. Oh, yes - you'll want to replace the tiny rubber "feet" with more robust feet to protect your floors from scratches - the feet fall off and disappear, probably into the hoover or the dust pan.Highly recommended !

Cat dishes
The dishes arrived very quickly, well packaged. My only slight disappoinment is that the dishes were a bit small and deep. Ideal for kittens but not for older cats. Mine struggled to get the food out.If they only could have been a bit bigger they would have been perfect.

Food stand is great, with just one minor flaw
I like almost everything about this food stand. It is the right height for my golden retriever, it looks attractive, it is sturdy, the legs have rubber tips, and the bowls are right-sized and mostly easy to clean. The only things that I don't like, which is why I have dropped the rating down 1 to 4, are the rubber rims which run around the edges of the bowls. The (laudible) purpose of these rims is to eliminate any possible noise and vibration when you place the bowls into the stand. The issue is that these rims get in the way when you go to wash the bowls, and water ends up inside the rims (they are a thin U-shape, about 1/4" wide).Instead of using these rims, I think an improved design would be to instead put some round 1" long rubber pads around the 4 metal rods of the stand at the 4 points where the bowls rest on top of the stand. This would accomplish the same result in regards to eliminating noise and vibration, but the rubber rims around the bowls would then not be needed. The rubber rims are also a bit flimsy, so I am concerned about how long they will last. I think I will end up throwing the rubber rims away and wraping some black plastic tape around the 4 points where the bowls rest on the stand.Nevertheless, I can still recommend this stand to anyone, as all of the other important features are well designed and executed.(PS: I bought this stand along with an ONME Dog Feeding Mat made of silicone, which I really like. It is a perfect mat for underneath the feeding stand. Small size option - 11.5" x 18.5" https://www.amazon.ca/ONME-Silicone-Waterproof-Foldable-Portable/dp/B01M0A4YV3/ )

Happy furry babies!
2 dogs so I bought 2.I love them and my dogs love them too! Both dogs are 80-90 lbs and the hight was fine. One border collie/ lab mix and the other Rough collie/Shepard mix. They stopped eating each other’s meals and now stick to their own bowls. They are less messy too.The bowls are nice! So happy!! I will buy a dog mat to put underneath.

LOVE This set
While I would not be willing to pay full listing price, these sets do go on sale for 40-60% off a lot which is a good price for what you are getting.I have a great dane that also has a habit of eating her food bowl along with her food so plastic is not an option. No worries here, these bowls are beautiful. I purchased the purple set and the purple color is darker and richer then depicted in the picture. My dane is a female and average height and felt that an extra inch in the height of the stand would have been perfect; however, it's still a very good elevated feeder.I was concerned from viewing the pictures that the stand would be very unstable and would tip easily, this is not the case. The stand sits well and is pretty sturdy/solid for such a light stand. My dane is not a graceful eater and the stand does not slide around and neither do the bowls. I don't hear any clanging when she eats which was also a concern.I would recommend this 96oz stand to anyone with large breed dogs - danes, irish wolfies, etc.Labs, retrievers and other dogs of this size will do well with the 64oz sizeDelivery was fast, product was in excellent condition, and other then the deeper color of the bowls which I actually prefer, the product was as advertised.

Second set- perfect height
I have a GSD mix and this is our second order of these bowls, we have a set at our parents as well for when our pup visits. We have had our first set for nearly 3 years I believe and it looks great, not wobbly. I would recommend hand washing and to get out grime we use hot soapy water and vinegar- they look brand new. Only negative is that when we received our new stand, we only had rubber "feet" on 3 of the 4 legs of the stand. I don't want to have to return the whole set so I will settle for it being a little off I guess.

Great for German Shepherd Height dogs
I was worried that the bowls would not be big enough to tall enough, however they are wonderful. I have a year old German Shepherd and they fit her great. She seems to actually stand and eat out of them rather then spreading food all over the house to snack on....The material feels sturdy they are easy to clean. They're also not a huge eye sore like most food dishes. I would highly recommend.

Simple, clean, sleek, excellent for Labs!
We've had a few different elevated feeders for our dogs. I like this one the most, because it's sleek, but strudy. I've found that the ones with more bulk to them are so much harder to keep clean. We've had them for about a year. I ended up removing the rubber rim around both bowls, because it was really not neccessary.

Not actually 12 inches, and not balanced
Ours arrived in good time, but was missOmg a rubber bottom on two of the legs. It wobbles when used. Ours is actually 10.5 inches tall, so our cat can still easily take food out (we got it so the dog could keep all her food and feed in a more comfortable position). It looks okay, but if not cleaned daily and dried, water spots and stains very noticeable. Still better than what you’re can get at a cheap pet store.

It's not bad.
Great for my boxer as she has an injury. The rubber banding around the bowls can be a bit frustrating to put back on after washing. It has fallen over.

Senior dogs asset
I have a Husky/Shepherd, and he's getting up in years...13+ actually. As in humans, he is starting to get stiff, and was finding it hard to drink and eat without effort. Along with daily massages, this stand has greatly improved his ability to eat and drink. He can now walk right up to it, tilt his head and eat/drink. If you have a furry friend, and they are starting to show signs of arthritis and stiff joints, I would highly recommend this product. Choose your color, as there are several available, order the proper size bowls, you're good to go.

Too Small
Product is very small. The bowls are deep, but this was supposed to be meant for 2 cats to eat from, and that's impossible.Another reason why that's impossible is that it was delivered unwrapped and was missing a bowl.Returning this will cost as much as buying another one, which I wouldn't do anyway.Save your money.

Seriously?
Comes with labels cemented to the inside of the bowls. Really? So I have the choice between having my dog ingest adhesive residue or Goo Gone remnants. It would be nice if the manufacturers invested a minimum of thought in their product!

Smaller than I thought but still good enough for my Rottweiler
Was a little smaller than I thought but other than that absolutely amazing product I have a big Rottweiler and didn't think it was big enough but it still fits his whole can and kibble that he needs to eat
