Not much taste and the consistency is okay too. The smell that you smell upon cutting open the plastic bag is not too appealing. . Must be the water they pack it in... but it rinses off easily before use and doesn't give the pasta a bad taste. In fact there isn't any taste at all to me... but does plain pasta really have much of a taste anyway? I wish it wasn't as pricey but you get 2 bags of each kind in this trio pack so it's about $3 a bag.. $1.50 a serving. Let's just say it beats using zucchini zoodes in place of pasta!!
