Very very happy with my new vacuum tumbler. Not only do I have the best looking flask on the block - come on, look at this beauty: clean tactile bamboo and brushed steel exterior, stainless steel inside, nice detailing, very chic - but the great design extends to lovely functionality with the neat tea infuser insert and excellent performance. Testing the heat retention for as long as I was able, I got piping hot water ten hours after filling. And using it in my local coffee shop to get my takeout like a proper responsible citizen, I know I turned heads: that's right people, I'm doing my bit AND looking good while I'm at it - I'll take the organic sustainably-sourced americano to go, in my bamboo double wall tumbler, if you please.Excessive attention-seeking aside, this great flask is an aesthetic and practical triumph. The tea infuser is nice and fine, easy to manage and to clean. The whole thing arrives packed in simple non-gloss cardboard which my composting worms will happily break down into high-quality manure, and the flask feels ruggedly durable as well as looking thoroughly stylish. It will go to the office, the farm and the festival, and never look out of place. As objects go, this is one of my favourites.

This is definitely better than I expected. The flask looks and feels nice, it`s very light and made with good quality material. The infuser inside is easy to extract and insert thanks to a little handle, even when the flask contains hot water. The lid was a little difficult to screw and seal in the beginning but after using it for some time it`s now ok. I think this flask is better suited for everyday life at work or in urban settings (not for outdoor excursions). I prefer to use it for cold drink but it`s fine even with hot tea (if the water is too hot the steam might make the lid difficult to seal or a little leaky). The only thing that could make this flask better is if the top lid was deep enough to be used as reversible cup.

I have really enjoyed taking my flask on my walks, allowing me to have a wonderful drink of tea when I reach the top of a hill, I have also had some beeswax food wraps from this seller which also make a great addition to my back pack. I also used it when watching the kids playing football at the weekend. So cold at the pitch side, and I get to warm myself up with a perfect cuppa. Easy to use, easy to transport and also an attractive design.

I have now tried hot and iced drinks in this flak and it's the best I've tried. Hot drink stayed hot for 12 hours plus and the the chilled drink was the same. fantastic product. very well constructed, looks great and is very easily transported. The bamboo outer shell is very nice to hold with excellent grip. 5* . I recommend this product and would definitely purchase another.

Bought it as a Christmas present as requested. It has a very nice design, smooth on the outside, easy to make tea fast on the go even if it's loose tea. Oh and most importantly made of bamboo!

Great looking bamboo thermos bottle. I use this all the time as I am on the road a lot and it keeps my coffee hot for ages. Fits perfectly in the cup holder and has a really tight seal so no leaking. It looks smart and the tea infuser is a nice touch to add a bit of variety for loose tea or to brew a tea bag and easily remove. I use it to keep my cold drinks cold on the rare hot day and it works a treat for that too.

I read a lot of reviews about this product and I was entirely sure to buy it or not. But it actually revealed to be one of my best xmas gift!The flask is absolutely gorgeous and it is amazing the fact you can use it for both, hot and cold drinks.I might get one for myself too! :)

Excellent quality, price and finish. Well worth the money. I have used this everyday since it arrived and have been drinking a lot more water because of it. I have received lots of compliments about how expensive it looks. Very pleased with this so far.
