This is a good primer for someone who may be curious a out new age beliefs and the inner ability to heal the self and other. There were specific nuggets of wisdom, and it was organized well. Most books have the same message and methods. I enjoyed this book a lot :)

I have so much answers to questions I didn't realize I needed to ask. I feel empowered and excited and equipped to continue on my baby steps on my awakening journey. I love every new tool Eva teaches and I will definitely be using what wisdom was gained in this book. I always wanted to learn and practice energy healing but this book has probably saved me from more trial and error than I care to experience. I'm learning on my own and gathering all information while practicing reiki when I can but I had no idea of the negative things one will face in the many healings of the profession of my choice. I look on with a sense that all fear is gone. I am empowered and hopeful. Thank you Eva.

I love this book! I am already utilizing the information presented here. It rings true to my soul. I was a little distracted by the misspelled words and grammar mistakes but I will not even allow those details to affect my rating because the information is so needed and useful. I will warn the reader that as soon as you agree to digest this information you will come in contact with souls who need the healing. It is a serious agreement that you should consider before agreeing to read this information. I found that souls were contacting me for help as soon as I downloaded the book even before I started reading it. Thank you Eva for allowing yourself to be a mouthpiece for Spirit.

This book was able to communicate to me in a unique way. The author is very talented at presenting scenarios that make concepts that were previously difficult to understand very easy to grasp. For example, I had heard of Galactic Family & Soul Family but never understood who they might be or how/why I was related to them. The author tells a short story that outlines this perfectly. Her energy techniques are also stellar. Easy to practice and understand. I really love and appreciate this book!

This book gives an explanation and thorough step by step analysis and healing techniques on many different kinds of specific cleansing and healing from the basic to the not as common....very good read of you are in energy medicine arts or if you feel you are being attacked or affected by unseen forces

Eva does a remarkable job covering all the areas for soul cleansing, and it is easy to understand in this format. She does a thorough job explaining how intrusions to our energy fields can occur and then how to clear them. She also gives us background information on each type of energy. She covers areas most of us never think of beyond the typical past lives, etc. I was particularly intrigued by her chapter on Curse and Ill Wishes as I had not seen anyone write about that before in terms of energy healing. This is an excellent book for practiced energy healers as well as beginners! It will be a book to be referred to again and again. She is truly someone who writes and heals with her heart (and also brings with her a lot of experience).

I have been practicing opening and closing my energy as Eva Marquez has written and it's amazing. I can feel the lightness in my body when I close up my energy. I decided to try it while I'm cooking, shopping and I even did it my Aqua Zumba class this week. connecting to healing energy just makes life more fun. You can feel positive energy and if you connect to it you can see the auras and lights around you. Knowing how to close our energies is great protection for our well being. I didn't practice self healing as much in the past because I always thought you have to be in a silent room and get very serious. But now I know it can be used to check in with your body at any time.

I was suffering with negative entities attacking me and absorbing other people’s energy. I searched for months for solutions but couldn’t find anything until this book. It is an absolute read for those that are being targeted by negative spirits/reptilians etc. I learned how to open and close my energy which makes a huge difference! I don’t know how but I started connecting with the Archangels that helped me remove the dark energies from my space. The book is a great manual on energy protection for starseeds and I’ll 100% recommend it.

Clear easy to read and digest information , excellent

This book is so full of valuable knowledge and guidance on how to heal, cleanse, protect yourself or others of you are an energy healer or want to work more with energy healing. I have performed many of the practices in the book and it is phenomenol. The steps are so easy to follow and the author offers wisdom and guidance that many teachers charge a lot of money for! And it is all provided here, everything you need to know, from cleansing your aura to learning how to protect yourself as an energy healer or empath, to learning how to revoke curses or remove entries. This is like a bible for my energy work. I have the kindle version but will purchase the physical copy and well to always have in reach.

I loved this book because it is packed with useful and practical tips that any empath or energy worker can use in their work or daily life.Most books of such nature are difficult to read because they are packed with concepts that are not easily understood by an average person with intermediate understanding of energy work or smetaphysics.I loved how the author was able to talk about complex metaphysical processes in such simple terms that can be easily understood by anyone! It is full of useful tips you can apply to every day life and techniques given are very easy to do and understand.I also loved the energy of the book itself...it is pearced with beautiful loving and caring energy of Eva's heart and her guides Lights of the Universe..who will start working with you upon you reading the book! All I can say is that I will be waiting on more books like that from this author! Love love love!
