I bought this as a quick, temporary replacement for my iPhone XR until I upgraded. Shipped and delivered quickly, and fit nicely on my iPhone XR. It's a little difficult to get on and off, but once it's on, it's very secure and snug. I dropped it a few times with this case on and had no issues. The lip around the screen also comes up enough to provide protection, even with a screen protector on, which I appreciate. I like the texture on the back as well, making it less likely to slip out of your hands while still being smooth. The rubber edges provide a good amount of protection while the case itself doesn't feel like silicone/rubber and is smooth to the touch. By the end of my time using it, it had a few scuffs here and there, but not any that you could see unless you were specifically looking for marks. I love the Otterbox Symmetry cases, and the fact they're not as bulky as the Defender series while still providing protection. Would recommend for anybody looking for a case for their iPhone XR (even though they're old and outdated, I know) on short notice.

I have had two of these cases now. The first one I got when I bought my new phone shortly after the XR came out. My current one I just ordered a few days ago. The first one was clear, the second is clear with silver the silver flecks. I like the clear case and that you can still see the color of my phone while it remains protected. Right now, the silver one is awesome. It’s super cute and looks great. However, I can’t speak to how it’ll look when the edges yellow like my old one did. The yellowing didn’t really bother me with the normal clear case but I suspect it may with this one just because it won’t be as bright and fun then. Over all, I like this case. It’s thin but fairly durable. I dropped my phone countless times and my old case kept it safe despite the fact that the corners of the case eventually started to crack. (When I removed the old case to put the new one on the corners broke apart at the cracks.) I will continue to replace my cases as needed with these same types of clear case.

When I decided to get my new iPhone XR, I knew that I had to protect it with the best because with the price, it’s actually an investment. Otter box has the best reputation for protecting phones. Even though I knew that I needed the protection, I was actually a little hesitant to get an Otter box because they’ve always been on the bulky side. Until now!!! The sole reason that I bought this case is because it’s a new thin design. When the case was delivered, the packaging was very sturdy and the case was well protected. According to the package, it’s “sleek protection.” There were no scratches or imperfections on the case. There’s a 7 year warranty on the case, this is according to the product information included in the case. The unexpected part was the glitter effect of the case. Normally I just buy a solid color, and honestly wasn’t interested in the glitter. I ended up getting the red XR and when the case was put on my phone, it was beautiful. My granddaughter said it looked like Christmas. Even after a month of carrying the phone and accidentally dropping it on the tile floor in the kitchen, it’s still protecting my phone. It hasn’t scratched or scuffed with the normal wear and tear of daily use. So if you want protection that comes with more than a decade of a great reputation, a great price, beautiful appearance, and a sleek fit, this is the case for you.

Color is true to product photo. The texture is also really nice. I've dropped my phone a lot and the case has held up and the phone is undamaged.
