Firstly they sent me someone else’s broken product. I opened it and put it in the sun and nothing happened. Made sure the power was on, still nothing. The only time it did anything was when I moved the connection around. Bad connection, the usb connectors are so loose it won’t make a solid connection. I didn’t return this back to you cause I know all you’ll do is repackage it and send it to another customer.

Flimsy construction, the fan blades are soda can-thin aluminum. Worked well for a while, quit working after a year. Good idea, poor execution.

Fail right out of the box. Full beaming sun, nothing. Flipped switch many times, usb connector seems fine. Feel cheated.
