A must read for anyone struggling to conceive
This was a VERY informative, and easy to read book. The book is relatively short, and probably only about 30 pages give or take in the book world. In the Kindle world, there is 820 pages. Here is a list of the table of contents:Who is this Deanna person anyway?Intro to the planSummary-RefresherDetailed version of the planTips and tricks (and how to turn one)Trying to conceive over 40The early days and chemical pregnanciesAdjustments for common fertility problemsTrying again after a lossResourcesSneak Peek of Baby DustThe author isn't a medical professional. She is someone who has been in the trenches of miscarriage, loss, and trying to conceive. She shares lots of personal stories, advice and her thorough research. A common concern is how to use ovulation strips correctly. She discusses this, and when the best time of day to test, how often you should test, and how to know if you've gotten a positive test or not. On the topic of ovulation, the author tells you when the best time to start having sex is, how often you should have sex, and how to keep it interesting. If you ever tried for a long time, you know how difficult this last one can be.Speaking from personal experiences, we were diagnosed with unexplained infertility. After failed attempts at clomid and IUI, and many years of trying to conceive, we discovered this book. By following her plan we were able to conceive after a few months of hardcore trying. Something else that helped us (this is not mentioned in the book, just as a personal aside) was SoftCups. Google it. You'll thank me later :)

A must read after a loss!
The author has sympathy to comfort and insight to help build anew. A go-to guide I strongly recommend reading following a loss. One of the most difficult things following a loss is rebuilding your life in a healthy way that would make planning and expecting your next baby a wonderful, happy experience. As the whole topic is so much of a taboo these days, one can hardly rely on the usual coping mechanisms, such as talking it over with friends and relatives, sharing in their experience, having the facts straightened out, receive love and comforting or simply cry whenever one feels like it. The fact that a loss is something to hide and never to talk about has made my journey to recovery especially painful. This book (and a few others) has been my 'friend' in need during the months following my miscarriage. It comforted me, made me cry healthy, healing, crocodile tears a few times - and, most importantly, gave me the precious info to help me get back on my feet and start hoping and planning again. This book is a gem and I strongly recommend it, along with Rita Kluny's marvelous Your Baby Remembers.

Short but plentiful
Super easy and quick to read. Provides more insight to the Sperm Meets Egg Plan. Really hoping this will help us on our journey to conceive #2 for me and #1 for my SO.

I read this book just before trying to conceive our daughter. It was a quick read, but was very informative and helpful. I thought I knew enough about the reproductive system before reading this book. Turned out I was wrong, as I did not realize just how complex the reproductive system really is.This book gives you tips like how long the sperm can stay alive in a woman's body waiting for the egg. It also tells you about ovulation and when you are ovulating it gives you kind of a "schedule" as my husband would call it for when to have sex to better your odds.It took us just the one month of trying to conceive our daughter. This was a great book to read before trying to conceive

This book has a lot of great information on timing of intercourse and great ideas in that arena. However I feel like it is missing some other components for couples having difficulty conceiving. esp if you are dealing with a frustrating diagnosis of unexplained infertility.I will say two books that helped me alot and it was a different take on things was: Inconceivable and Fertile Female by Julia Indichova - The first book was about her story (she has walked in the shoes of infertility and walked out with a healthy baby girl in her arms). The second book was the work that has helped her become pregnant and countless others. I found in those books more information than just what to eat and when to time your intercourse. How to listen to my own body and discover the best the best route for me to meet my baby. I hope this helps. It really did help me when I needed it!

Helped Me Get Pregnant In One Month
After a few months of trying to conceive (I'm 36 and he's 37), I came across this free book with lots of good information. I followed the directions, including the ovulation predictor kit and the sex on certain days, and it worked! I actually couldn't believe I was pregnant, but the information in the book helped us get the timing right and helped the sperm meet egg. Now I am sharing this information with other girlfriends who are trying to get pregnant after trying for months or years. I really consider this a top-notch source and the first thing you should try before spending money on aids or taking fertility drugs.
