I bought these after they were recommended on America test kitchens youtube review (after getting rid of our previous non stick pans because of worries about PFAs). Theyve performed very nicely, causing no problems with sticking at all. Cooks evenly and im happy with the results. Very easy to clean.They were pretty expensive so I drive my girlfriend a bit nuts making sure that she is super gentle with them and only ever uses wooden spatulas. I've had them for about 2 months and haven't seen any degradation in the surface yetThe larger pan can just about handle enough food for dinner for 2 people, but couldn't really hold anything larger than that (we're both medium-size eaters)I do wish they came with lids. None of our previous pans lids fit onto these perfectly so we either have to leave them open or put a large lid on, which drips water onto the stove-top

I spent a lot of money on these and initially wrote a good review with 4 stars. But just after a few years these are the worst pans I have ever had. Everything sticks to them even with oil. They still look good but they are awful to cook with. I wanted to avoid teflon, but I would rather take my chances then ruin every meal with the food sticking to the pan. Not worth the money.

Good quality pair of frying pans, and excellent non stick surface. Easy to use and easy to clean using a soft sponge. Works fine on induction hob

This pan is an excellent product. Sturdy and not too heavy. Comfortable handle to grip and easy to cook with and clean.The ceramic non stick works perfectly. As long as you follow the instructions and don’t heat it too hot, you’ll never have a problem.Just remember to always heat the pan for at least 2 mins before adding any oil or food. Do a water test by putting some drops of water in the pan. If the drops dance around like it’s ice, then the pan is hot enough and ready for cooking. I have a glass electric hob and I heat on number 6. I never go higher than that and it’s always worked perfectly. Even with steak.Let it cool before washing. I bought this after already purchasing the smaller frying pan as wanted a bigger one.Very pleased :)

So easy to use - no sticking to the pan as long as you follow instructions! Heat pan before adding anything to it, we use butter once he's heated and rinse out immediately after use which will then require light sponge to clean properly - would recommend

One of the best pans we have ever bought. Also peace of mind as toxin free, good for family and children.

Rubbish. Non stick disappeared after a few uses totally wasted of money
