i don’t believe there is a measure of HRV it is easy to see what your Heart rate is at different times of the day. The app shows maximum and minimum heart rates. I guess you could manually check your heart rate daily at a particular time. I personally have the heart rate on 24/7 and I check to see how different forms of exercise and stress affects the heart rate. I have found it interesting that a fast walk is equivalent to what I would do on a cross trainer!

Does it have a FitSpark? Was not mentioned in the description.

Hi, a software update in early January added fitspark to the vantage series, to bring in line with the ignite. It recommends a preferred exercise and 3/4 alternatives based on your current exercise (cardio) load, sleep and recent exercise. Quite handy. On a general note, I have greatly increased my fitness since buying the vantage, and following the training load feature.

Does the vantage m have continuous heart rate monitoring ?

yes, though I found it very inaccurate. I tried it against a polar HR monitor strap as well as against a fitbit. I thought i had health issues it was so low using the watch on its own. I returned it and bought a garmin 5x+ and I love it - the wrist based HR measurement is spot on.

can the polar m pair with the h7 HR monitor?

Use this (H7) and have used the (H10) with Polar M2, V and V2. They all pair fine.
