Reptiland: How a Boyhood Dream became a Modern Zoo Paperback – April 12, 2014

A welcome addition to the history of Herpetology in the U. S. -populated by many of the early and colorful collectors, entrepreneurs and outlaws that made other works of the genre so fascinating: Lost World, The Lizard King. Well written and full of interesting anecdotes. Clyde Peeling has written an inspiring story about keeping a dream alive against all odds. Best appreciated by trip to Reptiland.

My daughter loves reptiles and read this book for a 4th grade book report. We read the book together and enjoyed it very much.

I wasn't to excited after I read it. Although I was excited to read ut, with a disability in reading comprehension I read it in just 2 days! I was eager to see how nothing can transform into a legacy. But try it yourself, this is just my opinion. I hope you enjoy it.
