Great value for money

It saved me replacing my bike rear shock. The thread was worn and I was thorn between spending £450 for a new one or finding a solution to repair the thread. This did the job.

Garage had crossed threaded wheel nuts using impact socket. This tool saved me over £100 on new wheel hubs. Take your time half turn clockwise then quater turn anticlockwise. Keep it oiled and remove completely now and again to get metal shavings out.

i fiolishly damaged a couple of threads on my VW T5 when i was changing driveshafts, wheel bearings etc.used this tap and it worked a treat .i used a shifter on my tap.just remember to make sure it is going in square , and keep doing a half tirn back for every fill turn in , to clear any swarf. also back turn if it gets tight to turn .all the best .
