Just take one a day .Only just had them,looks the same and a little cheaper Wife said she could feel the difference/ when we ran out of the ,thank goodness we found them on Amazon probably reordered with this virus still about.

I have been taking these tablets and using the gel for about 2 years now . Not sure if they help with the arthritis in my knee - but if it slows down the rate of deterioration , then it is worth continuing . Not the easiest tablet to swallow , and doesn't have a pleasant taste . My knee is not as good as it was 2 years ago , so i am amazed when some reviewers say they get "significant pain relief" or they "couldn't be without it " ? Note ; it is not advertised as a pain relief product ? Maybe it helps with different kinds of medical problems to mine ?

Could not be without my Musselflex, I have arthritis and it has helped me down the years to keep supple and optimistic. Can forget about my supply for a while, thank you.
