Alright so I waited until I went through 6 bottles of this stuff. I’ve taken the 4 pills a day about 92% of the time. I kept a journal throughout my nearly 4 month trial and did a DHT blood test at the beginning and end: June 7 — DHT blood test: 37 (in range of 12-65ng/dL) June 18 — Received Nutrafol June 24 — No change. June 29 — No change. July 3 — No change. If anything, more noticeable shedding July 7 — No change. Hair follicles seem weaker still. July 15 — No change. Hair follicles weaker still. July 17 — If anything, shedding is worse. Can’t run my hand through my hair without hair falling out. July 21 — If anything, shedding is still bad. Can’t run hand through hair without hair falling out. July 29 — Shedding is still pretty much the same. Can’t run hand through hair without hair coming out. But I do see baby hairs near the hairline. Hard to know if they’re progression towards thicker hair or regression to thinner hair. Aug 7 — Shedding still pretty much the same. Dozens of hairs coming out every day. All seemingly from the front and top of my head. Aug 10 — Same. Aug 11 — Hair is noticeably thinner and weaker still. Couple hairs come out every time I run my hand through my hair. Aug 20 — Hair still shedding. Aug 25 — Hair still shedding. Sep 28 — Hair still shedding. October 2 — Hair still shedding. October 14 — DHT Blood Test: 36 (statistically identical to initial reading of 37) I don't think this product does anything.
