Will this work for ring doorbell 4? I think I need around 16v, so does that mean one cable in 0v and the other in 24v?

I don't you need 16V you need 24V according to the Ring Doorbell 4 specs. So, 0v and 24v would work.

Does it work with ring bell

I’m not 100% sure but I think it will work with Ring door bells. I have the Nest version and it works fine, I’m pretty sure both Ring and Nest work the same as each other.
