Great product. I like the quality of the material, it is sturdy and the Velcro is strong to hold it in place. These are great for alot of things . My PT therapist recommended these weights for exercises I have to do for balance. Great value for the money.

I bought 1.5 pounds I think I should have got 2 pounds but I love these and they stay snug

Good weights but to big for for my daughter. She can still use them but I need to find smaller ones or thinner weights.

Last pair I used had edges that would cut into my skin. These stay put & are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Good price, too.

My PT recommended Idson Muscle Roller & I’m glad he did!! My husband likes it, too! (We’re in our late 60’s and the roller helps ease muscle & joint pains!) The ridges on the roller make the difference.

Within a few weeks of using these ankle weights, a seam popped, leaking sand everywhere. I used duct tape to patch it so I could keep using until I got a replacement, and during that time the seam on the other weight that holds the 2 parts of the strap together started to separate. I tried to contact the company for support and no one will respond to me. Won't ever buy this brand again!UPDATE: This company did reach out and quickly processed a refund.

I got this for a family undergoing PT for an injury. She is not able to grip weights so she uses these attached to her wrists to get some light resistance training. These are durable and a good value for money. They are just like the are described.
