High quality Irish wool throw blanket works great in the living room for cool nights. I purchased it as a gift for my wife, and I'm really glad that I did. It looks super classy with muted and blended colours including purple. It would fit in a traditionally decorated room just as easily as one with a contemporary look. Very soft, and nicely warm. Have not yet spilled coffee on it, so can't comment on how hard it is to clean.

This is the best piece of fabric I have ever owned. It is made from natural fibers, so it is not artificially soft but it is not scratchy! It is like a warm cloud giving you a comforting hug. I take this blanket to the living room then to bed too haha. It breathes so it does not get smothering hot and sweaty like artifical fiber blankets do and it does not feel heavy at all. My dog likes it too, and it is durable with a great tight weave so no snagging and dog hair does not stick to it. So pretty as well.

I was a bit hesitant about buying this blanket, even though the colos and size was what I was looking for in the living room. Wool can be scratchy!! Although this is not your fleece wrap around, it is very cozy and beautifully crafted and softer than most wool blankets I have ever felt. I love it and the quality is wonderful and rich looking...

This throw is beautiful and very warm. The colors are deep and defined, not as bright as on my screen but we know our screens can not give us true colors. It is pretty soft feeling for wool, and we all know wool is a bit itchy, especially not good quality wool. Its thickness is similar to a fleece throw. I think its a generous size. I'm 5'6" and it wraps all around me, but I mostly use my throws to sit on the sofa with my legs up and it covers my feet up to my shoulders with extra left over. I dont think its thin or small as another review had said (maybe they didn't read the dimensions before ordering), no thinner than any other wool blankets I have seen, maybe sweater thickness I would say. I am really impressed with this throw/blanket. I may order another color. I ordered the green purple because my family members out voted me on the green one. So I may order the green one anyways. You can never have too many things from Ireland!

Good quality but later I found the same product for half price. In my view, it is a bit too expensive.

The feel is nice..the colors are not quite as vibrant as the picture but still nice. .its a little thinner than expected for the cost. ..but it matches my living room decor .so it's more asthetic than practical ... Its more lightweight than medium or heavyweight ..more like a early fall or late spring weather use... so cooler but not cold weather blanket ..quality seems good and the seller reached out to see if I like it... [Which I do]

The wool is soft and the quality of the Irish weaving is perfect. The colours overlap so are a blend of sage green, dark amethyst purple, a violet/light blue, cranberry red. The colours are quite dark so in a dark room it may not show to effect. We have it as a throw on the bottom of our bed. Our bedroom has a lot of light so the colours really stand out and show very well. Recommended.
