Good sound quality, lightweight, good fit ... A bit better than having the band around the back. First set delivered didn't work but the seller was great, swapped for a new set without fuss in less than a week.

Nice and effective charging case to keep the headphones safe and secure. Fits nice and snug in the ear, without blocking all peripheral noise (important for running) and connects seamlessly to phone.

These headphones simply aren't worth the money. At maximum volume, you can barely hear them. Forget about listening to them on a train or tube. But more importantly, the battery life is a total joke. I was continuously recharging them, and getting a "low battery" message coming through the earpieces without even completing a single commute. You genuinely can end up charging these twice a day. I am properly disappointed. I bought these on recommendation from a popular audio website and can now only assume that they were paid sponsors.Consequently, I paid more for a much much more superior product (powerbeats) and I haven't looked back.

I've have been using Plantronics products for about 15yrs in the way of Bluetooth headsets for my car.So when I wanted a set of headphones for when I'm walking my dog I looked at the Plantronics range.I bought these from Amazon in used condition at half the price so a bargain in my eyes.I find them comfy on the ear, the charging box is good quality and feel secure and the ear pieces are well protected in this case.I personally don't have any issues removing them from this case or putting them back in.The sound quality is pretty good, could be better but for the price I paid its absolutely fine.The major issue is the 5hour battery life from a full charge. Most other products in this price range are more than double this. Plantronics should of done a lot better in this area and matched or done better than the equivalent in this price range. This is the main reason for the 3* review.

I wanted ear hook earphones so went for these.Unfortunately, the profile is too big to get a motorbike helmet over them, but they do fit securely in the ear, and the extra profile means longer battery life.No noise cancelling, so if you want that look elsewhere. If you don’t want that so you can hear other noises, including approaching strangers (stranger danger) then these are ideal.Sound quality is good. A bit fiddly to sync (you need the app) but once set up, good.

I purchased these having owned the Plantronics Backbeat Fit with the interconnecting cable for a number of years which have been great.The good bits:They sound great and are comfy.The bad bits:However these have been plagued with issues:1) They continually drop out of sync, either one or both headphones will randomly ( frequently ) drop out2) When recharging half the time in the case they will not be charging because of fiddly placement, there is also no confirmation they have started charging.3) The rated battery of 4 hours is closer to less than 2.So basically poor battery, only charging half the time and continually dropping audio makes these basically useless. Which is very sad.Plantronics have just announced the Plantronics BACKBEAT FIT 3150 which I just tried to order but having waited a month Amazon have randomly cancelled my order.So... who knows? This product is inherently faulty don't buy it. Maybe consider the newer Plantronics BACKBEAT FIT 3150s if they ever hit the shelves.

Great piece of kit which allows me not to get run over when I'm running because I can hear people and traffic. The sound quality is fantastic and they are very comfortable, easy to use even on the move. Recommend.

These are great earphones for working out. They stay in place and sweat doesn’t affect them. No other earphones I’ve tried work as well. Also great for keeping you aware of your surroundings; making cycling and running outside safe while listening to music.

Great quality. I own both the "wired" versions of these 2100 and the 3100 wireless. The quality on the wired set is a solid 6 out of 5 stars. The set works flawlessly and I would totally recommend it. The wireless set is of course not as loud and the sound is not as great as the wired version - but they are still very very good. They almost 'vanish' when you wear them they are so light and i often forget to take them out because of this. I have no complainants on the wired version and only 1 on the wireless. From time to time the wireless ones seem to pop and crackly some and get out of phase with each other. The sound jumps back and forth from ear to ear. I've been able to fix this every time by disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth. While making sure the phone ends up in the position I want it to be while listening (like in my pocket) before it finishes connecting.If you can live with the wired connection get the 2100 model - they are unbelievable. If you want the total wireless freedom the 3100 are great, other than that one issue - which can drive some people crazy.
