This has been a hit for years so I bought another one for my son. It is actually more functional than any of the other styles that are way boring! I take it camping and even strangers are entertained. It takes a little practice to get the fish to flip the hot dogs over but it is so worth it and fun once you get the knack of it. My 6 year old granddaughter loves it because the hot dogs don't fall off.

This is a pretty neat idea and fun for the whole family - not just kids. The idea of it is what really gets the 4 stars but don't get me wrong, there are some improvements to be made.For instance, I really like that you don't have to bend over or crouch down to get your marshmallows or hot dogs close to the fire. It would be nice for the handle to be a little longer, at least for adults b/c then it would be too long for kids. Having the handle/rod longer would allow you to sit in your seat instead of having to be right next to the fire. Not a horrible thing though.Also, it has a neat device that allows you to flip the food that you have on your prongs. However, the problem with this is that the device is on the end piece right by the prongs - causing it to get hot when you toast the first side. So you either have to flip it quickly or you have to use a stick to flip it. Still a good idea as you have to be able to toast both sides!!

Literally for the person who has everything - this is a great gift and was well received.

This product is hilarious and I love using it. Sure, sometimes I might feel a little lazy for not scouring the neighborhood for the right stick and whittling off the bark, but for the times I just want my s'more and don't want to burn my eyebrows off in the process, this is great. I have figured out how to perfectly flip it with just a little practice. You can still lose a marshmallow if it gets too soft, but who eats the whole bag of marshmallows? (Don't answer that if you do.) It is easiest to get the marshmallows off with the help of another person. One holds the hanging wire with a towel or mitt and other transfers the marshmallow to the graham cracker. Yum!

Bought as a gift for a 30 something outdoorsman and he loved it. Haven’t used yet but looks sturdy and the “jig” to flip feature is fun. Would buy again.
