inoxriv Bioinox Rectangular Baking Dish with Lid, Stainless Steel 35 x 27 cm

This is just what I needed for the Sunday roast potatoes. Big enough to fit in the parsnips too. Good quality stainless steel with a well fitting lid. I leave the lid at an angle to allow the steam out and my roasties cook to crispy perfection whilst keeping fat splashes off my oven. Definitely a good purchase which came well packed and quickly.

This is Italian product, the inox layer is thinner than I was expecting, but otherwise does the job well and it is easy to clean at the end!

This baking pan is Great it cooks well and cleans up easy and to top it all off it has a cover no more using foil to cover and the size is wonderful after seeing mine my sister and my niece each bought one

I was looking for 18/10 grade stainless steel baking tray. It looks nice and sturdy, I haven't used it yet. Only con is it came with couple of big scratches on the surface and the packaging was open.

I love this product, I started using a lot of Rukmini Iyer roasting tin recipes and, where a tray needs to be covered by foil, this is a much better alternative, it soon pays for itself with the foil savings. It is also good for party food and looks nice.

I liked the size and that it was very roomy. It was lightweight and easy to lift. It also warmed up quickly. Nevertheless, after a single use in medium heat (180 c) the metal changed colour and burnt. It looks like the burn has gone through both sides. This tells me the stainless steel is rather poor quality, so this is going back.

It looks good and is well made but...... the lid as a very tight fit and when lifting it off, the whole dish lifts up. Not very safe for a very hot oven dish. I need to hold the base down to get the lid off.
