Great to play alone or with friends, Fitivities is a burst of fun and fitness that will be every parent’s hidden exercise secret in a game’s disguise! Unlike most games that require you to move on a mat or not move at all, Fitivities allows you be active without even noticing it! Each individual or team competes against each other by completing the number of repetitions, which are determined by the spin of the arrow. The first team that travels completely around the mat, landing on and completing the first exercise past their shoe starting spot, wins the game! Modifications included for all ages and abilities.
