Very nice taste. When wet its the consistency and color of fine powdered chocolate (that's been added to milk).No aftertaste.I can't stand any other cane sugar alternative in coffee but this suits me to a tee.Unlike honey it doesn't over power coffee's taste. Notice the 250g size isssss small. I was thinking it would be like a 5lb b bag of sugar. Its NOT.Hardest thing is to be sure of what you are getting. I wanted palmyra sugar not coconut palm sugar and this is palmyra.

The food product exceeded the expiration date and served no value to me.
