My original radio same model, same make, lasted only 9 hours. The DVD player broke, would rarely load bad! After about 6 disks. Also froze up if it did load. I repurchased it because my RV had this radio installed as original equipment. I will only use the new radio on AM and FM. Not as a DVD player. Read other ratings on this poorly made radio and buy something else.

defective radio
I had the same radio in my 2109 Winnebago and it was defective so decided to replace it with an exact radio from Amazon. Even though I ordered the radio in October 2019, I did not attempt to replace until now. I had my RV service dept replace it but in doing so it was also defective. It was obviously a bad product, and do not even know if it can be returned but will never trust this company again. The RV service dept checked all the connections and they where all okay. I would be curious to see if the company is having quality problems with complaints. So disappointed!!!

Software and Instructions need Help
A JVM70A came installed in my RV. Had to really dig around on the forums to find out how to get the Bluetooth turned on (See my comment on another post for this device). Also, you have to reset the volume for all zones if you chnage modes (FM, AUX, etc.). I didn't do an install, but it I believe that it would be comparible to installing a car radio with multiple speakers. Sound is good inside the RV and the three-zone sound is really nice.

2nd unit in a month that won't load DVD's
Replaced the factory unit in my camper with this. First unit received wouldn't read any DVD so I exchanged it figuring it was just a bad unit. Received the replacement and it worked, for 3 weeks or about 10 times. Unit just flashes Loading and never loads. Support was also a joke. Their "technical support" was to reset the unit and when nothing changed, " that's all we have for this device". Note: although this unit was installed in my camper, it's on a seasonal site and hasn't moved, so it's not due to vibration.

DVD player freezes and wont load.
Very poor quality, DVD player either will not load the DVD or it will freeze in the middle of watching a movie!

Absolutely terrible Bluetooth
The JWM72A was installed in my camper when I bought it, but it was not putting out a Bluetooth signal. Jensen sent a JWM70A to replace, the Bluetooth initially connected, but it would often drop the signal. Even worse, he only way to get it to connect was to reset by unplugging it from the power source, then plug back in after a short wait. The ARC lso didn't work on this unit. So, Jensen had me send it in, sent it back right way stating it met factory specs. After a discussion with their customer service about this, they sent another unit. This one is exactly the same. Rarely will connect to Bluetooth. I've checked for a signal with my Android, wifes Apple, and my MacBook Pro. With 3 units now having the same issue it is obvious it is a manufacturing design failure. I have 7 other Bluetooth items that I connect with all the time, turn them on and they connect. There is no excuse for such poor bluetooth compatibility - I wish there was an alternative to this unit.

A piece of junk.
This unit is what was preinstalled in our travel trailer when we bought it. Since it doesn't play Blu-Ray discs the first thing we did was discconect the TV and in install a Blu-Ray player (which still works like a champ). This relegated the JWM70A to music CD duties. In the couple of years we've owned the trailer we have played a few CDs however on our most recent trip the unit would no longer detect the DVD/CD player nor the USB port. I tried resetting a couple of times and dropping the 12V to the unit. Nothing would get the unit to detect the CD and USB. I couldn't tell you if it is a software or hardware bug but in any event the life of the disc player should be more than a few discs. I guess one thing positive to come out of this is I finally have a good excuse to put a decent quality piece of equipment in the trailer. Will probably replace the speakers while I'm at it.
