Does it come with the gan cfop paper and if you say no can you include it when I buy it???

I believe that it does however I would recommend to not buy this cube unless you have plans to magnetize it, because it is extremely unstable before magnetization

How do i use the nuts?

Use the included plastic tool and turn the springs counter clockwise to loosen them or turn them clockwise to make the turning slower but more stable

Does it come already with lubed?

Yes it does. I would recommend to buying more because the cube is slightly lubed.
