CM100 - Promountings Ceiling Mount for a 100LB Heavy Bag

The true test comes when a product fails to perform as promised.I’m pleased to report that ProMountings exceeded my expectations, they have my highest recommendation.I purchased a ProMountings CM-1000GS Ceiling Mount bracket several years ago. I installed as described and I coupled it to a 100lb heavy bag.The installed system received regular (4 to 5 days) weekly workouts and then the piston from the air spring sheared off unexpectedly.I issued an email to ProMountings customer service address on a Saturday evening. Within 20 minutes I was contacted by the company’s President with the offer of a no-charge replacement, no questions asked.Within a week I received the replacement (upgraded strength air spring). Due to the weight of the heavy bag it was a two-person job that I had to manage alone. At that I removed the broken spring and replaced it with the new spring...back in action within twenty minutes.Thank you very much ProMountings...I will highly recommend your products in the future.

This mount works perfectly. I have it connected to a three foot chain With a 100 lbs heavy bag. No matter how hard I hit the bag the mount makes little to no noise. Solid product and highly recommended.

Everyone thought I was crazy and said it wasn't going to be possible! I proved them all wrong!!!! And.... I did it myself! I had a few questions so I emailed pro mount and they told me exactly what to do! It's now few months in and strong as ever! The mount is the best thing they ever created!!!-GET IT! It's worth the $update on this product! it is now 5 years almost 6 and this is by far still the best thing i ever purchased. i am moving and have to take my mount down! is is still as strong and quiet as the first day i mounted it. don't hesitate to purchase. it will be a one time only buy!!!

This is a great product. It arrived today, way ahead of schedule and I put it up with minimum effort in my garage. I had someone go up in my kitchen while I threw a barrage of punches at the heavy bag. No noise upstairs, no vibration, no shaking....I couldn't be happier with this purchase. If anyone is considering buying this ceiling mount, then stop your procrastination and go for it! You will not be disappointed!

I researched heavy bag noise vibration dampening ideas/systems for years. This product was worth the wait. I love it, and more importantly my wife loves not hearing any of my workouts.

Works good. Really cuts down on floor noise when somebody is hitting the bag

Had a regular heavy bag and bracket installed in my basement before. Any sort of heavy shots to the bag would cause the rafters to vibrate more than I'd like. Installed this bracket and it works as advertised. I've gone several rounds with my heavy bag with this mount over the last couple of weeks and not a single vibration is transferred from the mount to the rafter. I'm about 220 lbs and know how to throw some mean hooks with my weight behind them. This mount absorbs all the force and stops it cold.
