Rawseed Sesame Flour 1 1/2 lbs (24 oz) Organic Certifed Natural 100%, Gluten Free

It's okay, not great though. I bought this based off of other reviews comparing this gluten and grain free flour to almond flour, being a good and comparable substitute. To me, it's not at all. Almond flour makes delicious paleo bread, this sesame seed flour bread does not offer the same wonderful flavor at all; it's rather bitter.Also, beware that you may be allergic to sesame seeds but never realized because you'd never consumed such a large amount as you would with sesame flour. I had a mild allergic reaction to this, itchy throat and upset stomach when i tasted my raw bread dough. But, after cooking I could tolerate it just fine.

I have been eating a Paleo diet for a little over a year. I recently found some recipes for baked good using sesame seed flour. I enjoy it much more than almond or coconut flour. There are not yet very many recipes online using this flour so I guess I will have to write some of my own.This was my second order and both were at my door within 2 days. Wonderful!

Trying everything to stay grain free. Worked good for most recipes. I have to adjust recipes and write them down to perfect.

I tried to replace some of the almond flour in a keto recipe. It is so bitter it's inedible. Keto ingredients are very expensive. It's a terrible fail... I am extremely displeased.

Wonderful,i love the packaging and love that it is organic, so clean and nice ,will get this again .

Love it! Taste is great and product is very clean. I have used both after soaking and rinsing and straight out of the bag. I haven't noticed a dramatic difference.
