Block scraper
Im a full time butcher and this is a must have in my line of work. Makes clean up so much easier at the end of the day. My job has there own but i wanted one that was mine so it wouldnt get dropped or bent. Perfect thickness an large handle makes it easy to grip even when its wet.

Actually too robust
The amount of stainless you get is shocking, really. It's good and bad: It's too thick to easily cut dough so I have had to grind the edge but I don't expect it will ever wear out! Very rigid. The handle seems to be very sturdy and well affixed as well. Took a star away just because I have to modify to make it work but I would buy again.

Love this tool!
Helped so much with my candle blocks that I get. Cut right through with no problem. Would definitely recommend if you need it to cut candle flab blocks or even meat.

Good for use on a flat top.
We got this for using on a Blackstone we have on our deck. It works extremely well. It is very sturdy and doesn't cost much money. It's easy to clean, and I'm thinking about getting another one to put in our camper.
