The first time it was too much i had to get out of it fast...but know im use to it....i will be ordering the shorts for grocery store visits and etc cause the pants are too big i should have gotten a size smaller. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Good News and Bad News *by J***A on Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2013* The good news about the product was that I feel it help me get a better sweat going during my workoutThe bad news is that it has only been a few months, and it has started to come apart at the seams.
