Z-Man MinnowZ 3 inch Soft Plastic Paddle Tail Swimbait

My son got big into fishing a couple of years ago. He really likes this lure and asked for some for his Christmas stocking. I thought that was a great idea because finding stocking stuffers for a grown son is hard!

I love Z Man baits and their durability in the water even after multiple bites. The only downside I have had with this particular bait is the chemical reaction between Z Man plastics and Berkley Powerbait. If mixed in the same plastic box they melt together which is weird. Kept separate they do great.

Caught Bass a 4 big crappie on these. Bass in my retention pond are pretty dumb and easy to catch.

These things you cannot go wrong with. Put him on a regular jig head or I'll often use a z-man Ned rig head. Using these for the most part all always get at least one bite, but if not then I'm pulling up quite a few. And obviously the z-man plastic is incredibly durable and you can catch 10 + fish and still use the same one.

Z man is the most durable swim bait on the market. I use Hogy swim baits quite often and they don’t last that long especially when Bluefish or Jacks hit it. When it comes to swim baits presentation is key, so if you want to land bigger fish, go up a few inches to maybe the Diezal or 6.5 swim baits

All of the paddle tails that came in the pack I ordered were improperly molded. The tails looked nearly torn off. Where the white meets the tail they weren’t completely connected. One bite and I know the tail is going to come off. I’m very disappointed, as I was super excited to give these a try.

I absolutely LOVE these things!!! Great colors, great action, and they are so incredibly durable. About the only time I have to change one is when I'm changing the color. Almost never because it is torn or falling apart. I highly recommend trying them. They are my main paddle tail trailer for my chatterbaits.
