A Happy Mother In Law Makes Life Easier
My mother in law has arthritis in her feet and they ache all the time, especially in the cold weather. I bought these for her and had them delivered to her door. She immediately heated them up and put them on and said the relief was incredible. She said that the first few times you heat them, you wipe off a little excess oil from the seeds, but after a few times, they don't "ooze" anymore. They soften her feet and they stay warm for a very long time. She loves-loves-loves them and I have had other family members calling and wanting to know where I got them. She says that they reduce her foot pain considerably.

Apparently they were OK but ran much smaller than expected.

Not as Expected!
These shows are not at all what I expected. They run VERY small and are extremely bulky. I wear a size 7 shoe so I ordered a 6-8 medium. I can barely get my foot in the shoe. Not at all the cozy warm feeling I wanted for my feet.

They were a gift for an 83 yr old woman ...
They were a gift for an 83 yr old woman who wears a size 7.They were to snug and were not steady enough for her to walk in.I am returning this item.

A bit small for a small-medium
I should have gotten a large for my size 7 feet since my foot is rather wide. Be aware that you can't walk in them. They can only be used once you have settled in a chair. That said, they make my feet toasty warm.

Warm feet at last!
Prior to getting these, my own feet and calves were my wife's foot warmers. Now I pop these in the microwave and my wife has warmed feet before heading into bed. Win win all around. Actually, she keeps these on in bed for a while. They are great for people with cold feet. Granted, they're not for walking around in but my wife will occasionally sit at the desk with these on or walk gingerly up the stairs with them on. They're relatively new so the jury's still out on durability but so far so good.

Order one size bigger!
You MUST order one size larger than you think. Read the other reviews for corroboration. They are nice when warmed but the elastic can be binding.
