Smells old taste bad

Spicy and delicious
More fiery than the ginger flavoring. I like a bit of bite in my ginger soda water. Ps- check out the Belfast ginger soda for addition of flavors. I really like it made with some sweetener, ginger extract, lime essence, and a hint of rose water. Weird but apparently part of some old recipes.

Plastic bottle
The ginger tastes good, but The container is toxic plastic, not glass. So a healthy product contains nano plastics. I poured it into a glass container, but do not plan to buy this again.

Good but definitely not a pure extract
It's good and serves its purpose but it's definitely not pure ginger. It's a extract made with more water than ginger. It also has citric acid, 0.1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

Frankly not bad at all, but tastes slightly more diluted than the “Island Spice” Ginger Extract, which is currently hard to get.
