Very little amount of bandage. Essentially a wet bandage..dont waste your money.

I love how long they stay cold and they help the swelling in my arthritic feet.

I used this wrap around my ankle where it is difficult to ice. The wrap was simple to use and stayed on. It did not get cold enough however for my problem. I had to go back to immersing my foot in ice water.

I bought this for my mom, who suffers from knee pain. Once I unpacked it and tried to wrap it around her knee, the material began to fold. This made it impossible to apply. I had to throw most of it away because it could not be used. The section that was applied, seemed to work fine. I advise you to buy with caution or explore other products.
