Nice option.
For those doing Keto, these "noodles" hit the spot. They DON'T taste or smell like Konjac noodles! They taste like hearts of palm and the texture I would say al dente. It's a small portion, enough for one main dish or two small sides. No cooking needed, just heat your sauce and throw them in it. When they are warm enough, serve. I would agree that they are a healthy option and easy to prepare.

Not exactly like regular pasta, but very close. Low carbs, 20 calories/ serving! Excellent product.

Great noodles!
If you’re dieting, this is the food for you! The noodles are very plain tasting; they need a lively sauce. Results are great !

best sub for pasta noodles, diabetic approved, rinse it well!
although it does not smell good fresh out of the package. a really good rinse like spaghetti makes it good. if you cant get past the smell, saute it in some butter and garlic after the rinse. i love it with home made tomato meat sauce. the texture isnt bad either, you can tell its not pasta but its a really good substitute for it! especially if your diabetic and crave some pasta. ive tried other brands and this palmini is my favorite. ive done spaghetti squash and its a good second place. zoodles, not so much. palmini has really curbed my craving for pasta. ive even done a lasagna with the lasagna noodles, low carb sauce for sure!

Good but not great!
So I wanted to try a different type of “pasta” after having Shirataki and Miracle noodles Egg White. I rinsed this pasta thoroughly, afterwards let it sit in a bowl of water and rinsed again just to get the smell out. Instructions say cook 5-10mins. I read many reviews here and decided to cook in boiling water for 20mins. After cooking I rinsed the water and added my sauce. The Palmini texture was still crunch (not al dente). Imagine shredded radishes or carrots (to give an example!). The flavor was neutral which is good. It kept its texture throughout our meal however by the end of it, I started tasting an acidic/vinegary flavor, I suppose the Palmini was releasing its juices?!!? I did not finish my meal as that after taste did not sit well with me. We constantly used Egg White Miracle Noodles and I think I’ll go back to those.

I love palm and this is genius
Ok so I will admit im like a shark tank must try kinda person. So after watching the episode I decided to order this right away and holly cow I will say its so good. Now I love hearts of palm anyway but this is a great way for people like me who love pasta but not the weight it gives me at my age. So this will be my full replacement when I want pasta . And no this is not pasta of any sort its fully hearts of palm that looks like pasta but texture and taste is palm. But with a good sause it was so good. And 20 calories a bag im in like flint. Great concept 👌 happy to eat healthy and trick my mind visually

Artichoke noodles are great
I stated buying the noodles a few years ago. I just recently found the brand on Amazon. I will buy the noodles from Amazon no problem. The price is not a huge break, but with the purchase instead of looking foot it in grocery stores.

Great Paleo/Primal "noodle alternative" that's easier than shredding zucchini, and a better texture than shirataki noodles
My hubby and I tried this last night after seeing it on Shark Tank a few nights ago. If you eat carbs and want a true pasta taste, this isn't it. But if you're looking for an extremely low carb and grain-free substitute that requires no prep-work, this is ideal. Granted, I did make a very hearty and flavorful sauce with ground pork, tomatoes, olive tapenade, sun-dried tomatoes and herbs so it would be hard to ruin that. Still, comparing it to zucchini or shirataki, this was much nicer. I simply rinsed the noodles well in a strainer. I see no need to soak them in milk or anything else. I tasted one on its own and it didn't have much of a taste to me. I didn't even think I liked hearts of palm. My husband who DOES like hearts of palm said it tasted like that to him when nibbled plain. I dumped the rinsed noodles into the heavy sauce to let the sauce flavor get absorbed. The texture (can't call it al dente, but like biting into a vegetable that's not quite firm), appearance and size was all nice. I plan to use this as a "noodle" with sauces like coconut milk and curry, tamari with Asian vegetables and such. I also think it would be a nice addition to homemade soups. I'm not sure if it would work with something as basic as butter with parmesan, but I wouldn't rule it out without trying it. Again, it's very neutral tasting. I'm rating it a 4* instead of 5* based on the high price. I'm hoping that it will come down now that two Sharks are involved. Also, be aware that the cans are labeled with two sizes - one with the water and one as a dry weight. So, the 14 oz size is really 8 oz and if you compare how much you'll eat to what you might eat in dry pasta, that's the best guide.
