This stuff is great.

This is the best mild cheese. Melts great too. The package arrived like a wet, soggy mess but the cheese is vacuum sealed so it seemed fine. I immediately opened it and all was good. I cut it into 4, 1.25 lb. blocks. 3 to freeze, vacuum sealed, and cut one into slices to start enjoying right away.

I am never disappointed when I buy this cheese and I have brought it quite a few times. The quality is really good and the texture and taste never changes. I had a dinner party and served this cheese as an appetizer.I received so many compliments and everyone wanted to know where i purchased the cheese and the name. My whole family now buy cooper cheese. I will continue to buy it as long as the seller it. I forgot to add the price is very good for this amount of cheese. If you purchased at the deli I t is quite expensive.

Cooper Sharp, the "adult" American cheese. Taste galore, smooth, creamy and second to none. When I lived in NJ, I could buy it in the store. Here in WV, no one knows what it is and won't order it. So I bought a 5 pound package of Cooper Sharp. Sliced it in pieces large enough to make a grilled cheese sandwich for my wife and I. Wrapped each piece in parchment paper the same as you would a gift, then shrink wrapped each piece and froze them. Take a piece out of the freezer and put it in the fridge 2 hours before you want to use it. When you unwrap the cheese it is still smooth and creamy with that Cooper Sharp taste. It has been over 11 months since I froze the cheese pieces and they still taste like the first day. The price on Amazon (was, not sure now) very competitive.

I love this cheese! Packaging includes ice packs so consider time of year when ordering. It saddens me that I cannot purchase this in my region.

Love the product and have special ordered it multiple times, but seller cut it in half and cut corners on shipping to keep it cold
