KOYAH - Organic Lemon Powder (with Peel) - 80 Servings (1 Scoop = 1 Lemon Wedge), USA & Mexico Grown Lemons, Freeze-Dried

It is real lemon but it is not sweet enough for me. I even tried it with milk and sugar to no avail.

This product has several flaws, the biggest of which is that it won't dissolve, at least not in water. And I'm not going to add lemon flavoring to the almond milk in my smoothie, another place they suggest you can use the product. Since it won't dissolve, it can't flavor the drink you are adding it to. And even when one manages to get it dissolved, the flavor is weak and more bitter than lemon. And then of course, there is the problem that it is not returnable. I would highly NOT recommend this product.

I love that this product not only makes my water taste better, but you can make your own electrolyte packets with it. It’s refreshing and sweet at the same time. An absolute must have!

in pursuit of better health, i searched for organic crystallized lemon (i’ve been using true lemon crystallized lemon), & i found this. i ordered it. i’m sure the health benefits are superior, but in contrast to crystallized lemon, it doesn’t really dissolve. the taste is weaker/very mild... and tastes more like the peel than the juice (hence ‘while fruit’ here), however, the healthfulness will trump the taste & im glad this product exists. (

We liked this okay, but it is very tart and potent!

I mix this with freeze dried black raspberry and apple cider vinegar in cold water for a morning drink. The mix tastes great if you are in to sour. The product by itself is also fine, not as tart as I would have expected from whole lemon that includes the pith.

Great way to start my morning with a cup of lemon powdered water. Taste is good.

The flavor is poor, the powder does not dissolve in cold or hot (boiling) water, and there’s always a chunky residue at the bottom of any beverage I add this to. I do not recommend purchasing this product.
