I first drank a small amount just to taste it and it was overwhelming, lol. The first thing I thought was that this is "fireshot material." It actually worked to wake me up like coffee might do. I will definitely reorder to use in making fireshots, but for now, I'm enjoying the heck out of this ginger juice with honey added and a lot of water. Seriously refreshing and enjoyable just like that. But I will also get lime juice and sparkling water to use with this, too, and probably mint leaves. This is a great start to many wonderful drinks!!! Right now I'm having it cold with water and honey, but the exact same combination hot, with lemon would be outstanding, especially if you have a cold. The only thing I don't like about this is that it comes in a plastic bottle, but it's still an excellent product and I highly recommend it to everyone. It's wonderful in drinks, but would be great in salad dressings, soups, and sauces, too. Get it!!!

Super concentrated and fresh-tasting, this is awesome for so many things! My husband drinks a splash of it in sparkling water for a refreshing ginger drink and I have put it in everything from smoothies to meat marinades. I feel so good after having a little of this, and it always adds the perfect ginger kick without having to go through the effort of preparing fresh ginger!

I have this on a subscribe and save because it is the only thing that truly helps a sour stomach. It might also help with defection. The taste is rather strong, but I enjoy the burn… my pain tolerance is high and I’m a bit of a masochist so I don’t mix it with any water if it’s your first time I suggest you mix it with water.
