Solo SU150 Commercial Stainless Steel 150Cup Hot Water Urn with Manual Temperature Control

I tried to use it. I filled it with water and turned it on. The temperature of the water never did reach boiling and before it could boil the urn broke. It will no longer even turn on. As I was emptying it I noticed that the bottom had already rusted where the side and bottom meet. I haven't even had it a week. So I would say that it was not properly sealed.I was really looking forward to having this but I don't know if I want to chance buying another one.

This is a great urn. Keeps the water very hot and has large capacity. I highly recommend this product.

It said is commercial but only used it for 2 months (received it on July 28th and it is now end of Sept) and already broken. And it does not work. There is no return or replace policy so I am stuck with buying this lemon!!!!

Manufacturing sucks it is all show and no go
