I have been using this product about year and I take 2 capsules with Vitamin D3 with K2 and my Leg cramps when I am in bed is getting better and better. It’s so easy to take them and no issues with stomach and I fell sleep so easy and deep when I take this magnesium.

This is a poor man's vitamin. Not because of it's low price but because it has working ingredients that my body can absorb. I get what I pay for. Example. I'm 71 now but since my early 30's P.P. received around $450 yearly between me and my wife.(names are withheld to protect the innocent) Also known by N.B.T.Y. Gemini told me that magnesium oxide is a laxative and gluconate 'I believe' is a hardening agent in Concrete. P.P. relies on those two though they are chelated. (They must have their reasons huh?!) There are other effective forms of magnesium but these I cannot afford yet we all do our best. The advert that caught my attention spoke of some of these things yet on Amazon this was the lowest rating that I recall of a mag. supplement. Also made in China. Time eludes me but in the early 2,000's I built, owned and operated a super sleep shop in Brighton Co. I carried a Tempurpedic knock off for 1/3 the price of the real deal. But only until I learned that the port authorities caught dramatic weight fluxuations between queen size mattresses which should have all been uniform in weight. So they sliced some open and two components they found were wood shavings (sawdust and metal shavings as in machine shop waste and of course, wood milling) So they could now claim that they fixed this problem after several name changes hiding their guilt. Yet the question lingers: Why must another government entity have to "catch you" to get you to make what you sell to others. Keep in mind that terms such as:"Outsourced worldwide providers of the best components available". Translation: Trash which is not stinky nor radioactive. Naturello supplies half of my supplements now and at my age, yes! They make a positive difference! My wife cannot take any supplements now due to stage 4 kidney disease. I wonder???

Magnesium is a magical thing! It helps with muscles, sleep, etc. We’re hooked!

Have been using this supplement and brand for years and it makes a difference in how I feel. I take two pills at night for help with sleep. I can tell a difference in my sleep and joints when I dont take it. Highly recommend this. It does not cause me any stomach issues like some magnesium.

Definitely has helped my mind at night and I have actually been sleeping better. Doesn’t mess with my stomach but you do need to drink the amount of water it states so you don’t feel so thirsty. My husband definitely sees a difference in my mood. I take it before bed.

My son is a distance runner and this supplement helps with muscle recovery and his sleep. He’s also in the IB Program in high school, so he needs to get as much sleep and rest with his grueling academic schedule.
