I love this blanket kit, the colours are bright and eye-catching. I haven't finished yet as I am very slow at crocheting but it is looking so lovely and it's very therapeutic to do.I've not done any crocheting before trying this kit and after reading the reviews I thought that this would be a good way to try a new hobby and I am pleased I did.I would say that as a complete beginner the instructions weren't very clear and I did give up trying to follow the instruction provided and ended up watching crochet video's on Youtube to fully grasp what the instructions were trying to tell me and I'm afraid I have gone away from the picture guide of how it is supposed to look but I do love this kit.The little gifts are so thoughtful and lovely too.

Excellent kit. My lockdown treat. I was able to get this delivered to an Amazon locker and wouldn't have bought it without this option as I work full time.Yes you could buy everything separately but I'm no expert and I don't have a clue what to buy.You get lovely coloured yarn , crochet hook, markers, needle, a teabag and packet of sweets all in a blue pouch bag . A beautiful looking kit, perfect for a gift.The Instructions are detailed and I found it quite frustrating at first (as with anything you learn ) but I love a challenge.It has taken me 15 minutes per line (getting quicker), it's very relaxing and addictive. I haven't finished it yet but it's starting to look exactly as the photo. So very pleased with how it's going and will be sad when I finish it.

Not for a beginner

Lots for your money, well packaged too, not for a beginner like me, I used lots of YouTube videos for support but I enjoyed the challenge!

I have bought this kit for myself to keep me occupied and calm during COVID-19 lockdown. It arrived this morning and I am so touched by the care that has obviously been taken to put this kit together. The wool is beautiful, the instructions clear and friendly! And there are lovely personal touches - the Dorset tea bag and little packet of love hearts to enjoy while I crochet. I hope the blanket will turn out well, but even if it doesn’t, I will enjoy the process. Thank you. I’m sure I will be purchasing more of these kits in future.

This was a gift for my teenage niece and she has found it an easy to follow crochet project with lovely coloured wool bundles which came with cute message and chocolates from the company.

Lovely warm colours and nice soft feel to the wool. Also came packed in a purple bag.I had a lovely surprise gift to say thankyou for your order. (2 charms , sewing needle and a small wooden plaque saying handmade and sweet heart sweets and a teabag from dorest).
