Tasty and quick!
These cups are perfect for an on the go morning. Filled with great ingredients to help get your morning off to a great start. Sugar wasn’t too high and with a quick toss in the microwave the consistency is perfect. Good price per cup on Amazon.

Great tasting and extra protein!
Where is the fill line? Delicious and full of protein, my favorite "go to" for breakfast. Recommend and would buy again. Taste is great.

Agreed with my GLP-1 treatments
If you are on GLP-1 treatments, you’ll know certain ingredients can create interesting events. For me, this product does not! It has 12g of sugar, but is not overly sweet in taste. Easy to make, fill to the line and microwave. This is for a thick consistency. Add a little more if you like runny. Don’t like the microwave? Boil some water or fire up the kettle, fill to the line and ponder life’s choices as the oats soak up the hot water. High protein content gives you the energy to conquer the day. One of these for breakfast usually keeps me satisfied all day. Amazon bulk purchase beats my local store price, making it a great value buy. Beats a cold bowl of cereal on a cold winters morning when starting the day!

tasty enough for breakfast and can't beat the convenience
It's tasty enough for breakfast and satisfying, even if the cooking directions give you warm and very chewy (basically uncooked) oatmeal with the weird little soy protein pellets in it. Even following their directions to a 'T', you end up with oatmeal like this. Good enough to stave off hunger until lunchtime, satisfying in that it's sweet and decently flavorful, not to mention chewy, but it's also a wee bit gritty and seems dry even though you've put milk or water in it. Follow the directions and it won't make a mess in your microwave - not having to clean up overflowed oatmeal is always a plus in my book.

Laundry Detergent Smell Contaminated the oatmeal
I believe this is the second time I ordered this product. I loved it as a quick-to-eat breakfast, but after today's experience I will probably not risk ordering it again. This came packaged separately in one standalone box, so I'm not sure where the strong odor came from but it was in the packaging. 1. Made with paper/cardboard: Sure, it's environmentally friendly but paper-based stuff holds odors. It's not the first time I noticed this issue with other products too. Since it's coming from a giant warehouse with other chemicals, there's a giant risk it'll absorb into the porous material. Well that's what happened with my batch. I microwaved one of them and took two bites, and I had a mouth full of perfumed detergent and a bad stomachache. 2. Texture: The oatmeal has sort of a waxy, flaky texture, like some of it is cooked and some of it is globbed together, and bits of flaky ones that didn't quite cook fully. Not a huge deal to me but something I noticed

Perfect for the Office
I love these little cups! I've tried nearly all the Kodiak cups, and they are perfect if you're a busy commuter. I workout before work, so I can prep these at the office while checking my first emails of the day. It makes more more super easy and I keep a few varieties at the office in case I need a protein-rich pick me up.

Ate 2 soap-tasting cups and threw the rest away
The first cup tasted normal and delicious. The next one I was at work and I was like, “This…. tastes soapy what the heck??” I had to choke it down anyway because maybe I was going insane or something. Maybe it was just a fluke. I didn’t know… But the next and LAST cup I ate also tasted like soap. Like if Dawn (not paid for by Dawn) was in a cup of oatmeal, these would be them. It was really grossing me out and made me nauseous. So I asked Rufus to comb through the reviews for “tastes like soap” and I could not believe someone said the exact same thing. The grocery store ones taste great. I’ve never had a bad cup from my local grocery store. I have no clue why there’s so much variation, but now I’m pissed that I just have to buy them at the store for more money. I hate to give something 1 star since I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt, but give me soap-tasting crap, shame on them. I let myself eat soapy tasting crap a second time, shame on me. The rest are going in the trash.
