I’ve just sliced one and a half kilos of onions today and the ease of slicing that amount of onions was remarkable. After use I just held it under the hot tap to clean it, super fast. For this piece of equipment it was super cheap. If you follow the instructions it is so safe, because that blade is so sharp and you don’t want any accidents.
