I have only used it a few times since I’m a hooping beginner. I need my husband to figure out how to make them click in place. The package said do not take it apart. So plan ahead if you want to take it travel with you. The box has English, but not very clear, looks like I can get any of these from stores in Chinatown. Since the pieces are connected by tiny joins, I think I shouldn’t play too rough, just hooping is good enough, no pressure on it. For the price, yes, I think it worth it. But if you’re heavy user, I think you should get a real weighted hoop (no assemble needed)from sporting stores, those will last longer than these.

I was looking for a serious hoop to workout with and this is very well made and easy to assemble..so far really happy with it.

I thought that I would not turn it but I tried it a few times after the test. It feels a bit difficult when you turn it fastly. Very good storage is generally good, Five star!

Gave as a gift. Outside of the box says for weightloss. Had to explain that I did not think the recipient was heavy. Hurt feelings and a few tears later... The product itself is kind of cheaply made. I mean it is of more quality than the plastic $1 ones you get in the grocery store but.. I actually gave it to help with strengthening arms and to use as a prop for a dance routine. It falls apart easily. May be it is how she is using it. And not the fault of the product itself. Think we may have been better off with the $1 hula hoop for what she needed it for. 🙄

It was delivered soon this afternoon, and I was eager to open it. It was not difficult to assemble. I was finished to put them togrtherat once. It is a good product.

I really enjoy the heavy hula hoop. I feel like I'm exercising, but I'm still standing. I actually want to use my cell phone at the same time. I spent a little time putting the rings together. It broke up when I first tried to use it, but that's because I didn't put all the parts together tightly. Once I'm sure everything's safe, it won't disperse.
