OXOGood Grips Little Fish Turner

I love this thing for cooking eggs. It’s helps me keep from breaking the delicate yolk when it’s time for the big flip. It’s the perfect size for smaller cookware and is dishwasher safe. It’s a winner.

I was hesitant to get this because I already have several others, and I thought I don’t really need another one. But I’m glad I did. It’s good not only for fish, but also for anything that is delicate. So it earns its place in my kitchen drawer.

The blade has a nice finish and the angle of handle feels right.

I absolutely love this! I have burned through several cooking utensils trying to flip pancakes, and some of the cooking utensils fold the pancakes up from where you flip it. This does not do that! It flawlessly goes under the pancake and you are able to flip your pancakes without a problem. You can also put under your pancake and move from side to side of your pancake is a little “stuck” and it easily glides through. I love that it is lightweight and fits perfectly in my hand (I’m petite). I am so glad I bought this, it is exactly what I was missing!

I use this spatula for my eggs in a non-stick pan. My wife and I use it for many things around the kitchen so I ended up buying a second one to use when the first got dirty.

This style of turner/spatula is my all-time favorite in the kitchen. Good for so many tasks when frying or sauteing. However I have one complaint with this one; it is not flexible at all. Most fish turners have a bit of flexibility to allow for ease of sliding the tool under food in a shallow pan. This one is very stiff and not as easy to use. So far I have had no problem with the plastic handle or with any rusting. I expect this tool to hold up well as most of my OXO items have done. It's a good purchase, but not an excellent one.

I have never used an OXO product I didn't think was great! These are no exception. These products stand up to a lot of use with no sign of stopping.

I am thoroughly impressed with this flipper.I bought it primarily to flip meat in the pan. I like making homemade burgers and this does a great job.It's thin and easily gets under meat and because of the angled portion at the end it easily scoops up and allows you to effortlessly turn food over.The handle is rubberised and feels great in use.So far has cleaned up well.
