There's another brand that is much better. This is not so much like the authentic Peruvian hot yellow pepper sauce.

This sauce is so good! We are addicted to this spicy aji amarillo. It’s kind of expensive but well worth it. I purchased from Paisanas and they delivered ASAP which is a good thing because I just ran out. Paisanas is awesome! My sauce came a week sooner than I expected. I think I bought this same sauce from another seller and I waited over a week to receive the goods.

The best ají amarillo!! I cook a lot of Peruvian food and this product makes a diffence, great consistency, very fresh and tasty. I’ll be ordering again soon!!

This the perfect seasoning for meats and Peruvian sauces...it has a kick, but not exaggerated..

For seasoning, eating with meals, etc.

So the product itself is fine taste wise. But I purchased a pack of 3 and 1 of them arrived with the lid popped up and was leaking. I’m not the only buyer that this happened to....it is such a ripoff that you can’t even return a damaged product.
