Yes, there are 300 individual pads. Some are for glasses that use small screws to hold it in lace and others are all rubber and just snap into position. I only used 2 pairs so I still have 148 pairs left. It's nice picking out the right size.

Are these pvc or silicone? i see them listed as both, but they are different materials.

The 15 style 150 pairs version is soft PVC. The 10 style 50 pair version is ultra-soft silicone. Pick the type you want. Take a good look at the photos because the styles are different.
