I live in a townhome, and I needed something to wash my car that could be stored inside without too much effort. This fits the bill perfectly! The collapsed length of the hose is roughly 20 feet and easily fits inside the wash bucket I use with room to spare.EDITED!!!Well... after about two months, it appears that this great hose has fallen apart. I don't understand how it ever held together, to be honest. It seems like the end of the hose is just press-fit into the coupler at the end? WTF? I've messed with it to see if I can somehow put it back together, but it doesn't work. I'll be contacting the company about a replacement. I'll update with results.EDITED AGAIN:So after looking at this hose again, I found that there is a coupler that secures the hose attachment. It just got lodged down in the silicone sleeve that protects that attachment. I cut vertically down the sleeve until I could release that piece It's just a plastic piece with threading that attaches to the coupler and holds that press-fit connection in place. In the meantime of this discovery, the company shipped me a new hose, no questions asked. Therefore, I'm bumping my rating back to 4 stars, subtracting one for the crappy design of that segment of the hose.

Well don’t buy this product. It lasted only about three months before it started leaking. You would be better off shopping at Walmart.Totally disappointed in this product. If this was purchased locally it could be returned. It was used gently by an elderly neighbor but apparently is a piece of crap. The ones I bought for myself at Walmart have lasted 3 years now.A decent company would send a replacement as she still has the original packaging.

I bought this hose at the beginning of the summer just before we moved into a new house. I kept it in the box until last week and then installed it getting ready for some upcoming planting. Today, I used it for the first time and the nozzle appears to have holes in it that are not visible to the naked eye. As you can see in the photo, when you turn the water on, sprays of water shoot from multiple spots on the nozzle. The hose seems to be ok, the nozzle is useless unless I want to get showered while watering. Now, it appears that it's too late to return it. Advice: check out your purchase as soon as you receive it.

I really liked this hose but had an unfortunate run. The first one leaked but RelaxMate promptly replaced it. I sent one to my daughter, who loves its ease of use and continued happily with my own replacement hose - until it snagged on a half-inch wood splinter as my wife tugged it across a wooden deck. The hose instantly gushed water and was unusable.It was a million-to one accident - we walk barefoot on that deck and have never caught a splinter.I contacted the company as the hose was under a one-year warranty and within days had a free replacement. Full marks to RelaxMate, who say they'll investigate a stronger outer cover.

Product failed after 3 months nuse. Supposed to be warranted for one year. Order details says return window closed.Going to trash tomorrow. No way to contact seller or return. I feel like I was sold a product they knew would fail. Save your money. Buy this local oly so you have a story to return it to. Better yet buy a conventional hose and get 3 years out of it rather than 3 months. Really wish it had worked awhile. Concept is nice. Epic fail. Why do I feel this must be made in China.

The hose expands when water is turned on and contracts when water is turned off. Very light weight and is very maneuverable. Love it while it worked.Purchased the 50ft hose, it worked perfectly from April of 2019 until July of 2020... Today when i went to water my grass, the end that was connected faucet had apparently split open... I would understand if it split somewhere else along the hose due to moving back and forth, but to split right where the hose is connected to the faucet makes me think this product is just poorly made...Highly recommend against this hose...

Hard to believe this hose is 50+' long but watch it grow when the water runs through it! It is a super lightweight so moving it around to water my plants is a breeze. The brass fittings are a nice surprise - as for the price I would have expected plastic ! It also has an over-the-spigot hose holder and a spray nozzle with extra washers. There are reinforced rubber "sleeves"" near each end for extra protection where the nozzle screws on/where it screws to the faucet. They thought of everything! The coolest thing is when you run the excess the water out - after turning off the water- this little guy shrinks back up tiny and even more easy to tote around! Winner!

It's not as bulky as a regular water pipe, it's light and soft, it's easy to operate, it's a good way to take care of the garden, and it's also very easy to get into the garage because it's light

La compre temiendo que no sirviera pero me encanto!! No se sale el agua, queda muy bien a la llave que tengo, se extiende mucho y el mango del regador sale muy bien . La recomiendo!
