Great shower, we have fitted 3
We have fitted 3 of these. One of which has been used daily for 18 months and its as good as new. We love the quality of the fittings, the simplicity of the design and the price is amazing. The competitors don't come close. It has a good choice in power levels and thermostatic temperatures. Its simple to use and you can choose between the small head or the over head larger one.

Cool antique shower, wife loves it
The showers are cool and antique. Arrived earlier than expected. easy to install and wife loves it. I treat my water and not professionally. I hope it will withstand all the bad chemicals I use

Brilliant at this price point
All of the parts are separately packaged and the set is laid out in a foam base so it's all well protected from damage.Very easy to install, even for a DIYer like me, with clear instructions and pictures. If, like me, you are fitting it to a tiled wall then use a glass drill bit to drill the necessary holes through the tiles.

Not great
Not great. Very discoloured after only a few months of use. Tarnished and gold has flaked off despite very gentle care and clenaing. Pressure is good but otherwise I'd recommend spending more as we will likely replace this in a year.

Beware of the minimum distance needed between controller and rain head.
Really good shower. Works well with our booster pump. If stopped on rain head setting it does drip for quite a while. Also need to make sure it has clicked into the off position. These are minor quibbles for what is a really good shower. When stopped and restarted the temperature is instantly as you left it.

Cold water feed leaks!
I bought this because it's cheap, as a temporary fix before I completely change the bathroom but... The cold water feed leaks, I can't stop it. To try and stop the leak I tighten the nut so much it damaged the mesh washer. I bought more washers from Amazon, still no joy, tried two washers so the nut didn't have be screwed onto the thread so far, nope. Tried ptfe tape on the threads, still leaking, more ptfe, still leaking. As a last resort I've used lots of Silicone. If that fails it's going back. If I'd intended this to permanent I'd have returned it already.

Great value shower, works fine and looks decent
Ordered this as a cheap replacement of a very old shower that was leaking. Product works absolutely fine, and looks fine. It was very easy to install, except the top bracket where in my case had to extend further. I managed to fix with using bits of the old shower.The tap clicks for the closed position, which is a great feature.
