Defective item.
Wow where to start...The juicer broke with the first bit of fruit I put in to the machine....pretty sad, but I was really excited to use the juicer and convince some friends as to the benefits of juicing, and so I videoed the show casing of the product when it arrived. The motor, or something gave out from a carrot.Sent the defective item back through recorded delivery.I have since not received any correspondence from the third party since as to the return, nor my refund.The return process with Amazon has since been very slow because of confusion over the two accounts I have with them: mobile/email accounts - one of which, I have long since asked them to delete (the operator told me at the time this was not possible).Amazon asked me to respond to an email with photographic evidence of the return receipt (which I did). Yet, I had no response. And so, low and behold, I contacted them again and Amazon said that the evidence had to be sent through on the same account with which I bought the product. I then endeavored to send the email/evidence via my phone but could not as there was no 'my messages' email response facility...for some reason...?Then I tried to use my laptop device instead, but I had the same problem...How could it be that there is no format to respond to Amazon or venders ?I now have to wait for the inquiry to be 'escalated' to another team who will 'process' it, which will take 5 days. And then, apparently, once it is 'processed', I have to wait a further two weeks for the 'investigation'.Amazon have said that they have received my return receipt photo/email, but because it was sent via gmail it's not admissible, somehow...This experience has put me off from using Amazon. If I had to sum up the time it's taken me just to ensure a refund on a defective item...what should have been a simple return has become something of a long, drawn-out campaign :/.............Amazon are now saying that I cancelled my request for a refund? Who on earth would do that? When all my correspondence and messages are to the contrary.Now due to the corona virus, correspondence can only take place via customer service live chat...one after the other...each operator I speak to promises me that I will be paid in 72 hours...3 working days, then 'you'll ve paid in hours'...then 'i see here you've cancelled your refund claim'....then 'this has been escalated to the refund team'...What a load of rubbishI now can't use Amazon.If Amazon would have refunded me properly from the get-go I could've carried on using them.

poorly made, breaks after one use
Would be a pretty neat little gadget if it didn’t break within one use!!! When I ordered this the first time I actually received a food dehydrator instead? Decided to keep that and order another juicer in the hopes a juicer will actually arrive this time around. After using it once for no longer than a few seconds it wouldn’t turn back on again. Such a waste. A couple days later I got a mysterious parcel come in that I didn’t order, and to my surprise there was a juicer inside. Yet after trying it out for a few minutes (I left appropriate cooling time/ didn’t use continuously for longer than 20 seconds etc) it would not turn back on again!!! Just like the first one. Such a waste. I have been trying to get in contact with the company for just over a month now. So so so disappointed in the product and the brand itself. Please give me advise for me to get my refund !!

does its job
For the money this is a great little entry level juicer, although it will not stand a lot of heavy juicing it is fine for someone who is new to juicing and just wants to give it a go. As with all juicers you have to be careful not to put any thick skinned produce in as the plastic lids are always the first to go but if you treat it well and just want to do a bit of light juicing then it is fine. i'd say you get more than your moneys worth but don't go expecting too much!

No problems with this item whatsoever.. Put your desired fruit or veg in.. As in my case organic carrots.. for example.. Juice ready in seconds.. Easy to set up and clean and value for money
