Good value
Worked well. Looks like the picture.

Nothing fancy but it works.
Product is a little flimsy but covers the area i needed covering. Only complaint is lack of screen covering the back. I added some plastic screen to eliminate wasp from getting into the attic. Overall it serves my purpose.

Not allowed in WUI Wildland-Urban Interface areas without a mesh
The other reviews say it all, but I just learned that these are not permitted in areas classified as "Wildland-urban interface (WUI)", which are at high risk of wildfire. Many parts of my home city are covered by this classification. The reason is that these vent covers will melt if there's a fire and then allow embers to enter the structure. My home is brick and hardiplank with a class-A fire-resistant roof, so these are a problem. The covers can be made acceptable by adding a metal mesh underneath so embers can't enter if they melt or fall off, but that's not included. The overall price is very reasonable -- just wish I'd known this before ordering. I guess I'll be taking them down and adding the mesh underneath.

Very nice home improvement
I just replaced my old louver style vents with 25 of these. We have a lot of trees here that produce cotton in the summer and the grills on the old vents are challenging to clean and get all plugged up. Perfect solution here! They look good, painted up well with latex, no primer needed. BTW, the holes in these DuraFlo vents are no larger than the holes in the screens of the old vents. I had been concerned about bugs getting in too, but it will not be a problem. They are all laying nice and flat after being installed and there are no gaps along the edges. Nice product!

A decent vent
Overall good vent. I wish it would have came with some screws for installation but oh well. It will do its purpose venting my attic.

Don't buy
Garbage, they all sagged and warped after 1 year and just kept getting worse.

Flimsy
I knew these were plastic but didn’t realize how flimsy they would be. I am using this for an exterior soffit vent on an overhanging eve and because of the pliability of the material, it won’t hold flush. Even though it has attachment points in the center and corners, it’s still drooping. Looks bad and the gaps are large enough for large bugs to get in. Might work for a vertical application, but didn’t work for my needs.
